Programme Overview

Receive a 12 week nutrition plan adaptable to you and your goals, a 12 week strength programme to maximise results and your mentor we will keep you on track with bi weekly tracking of body fat, weight, measurements and daily nutrition support.

Our Strength training programme is done in 12 week blocks. We will take you through a structured programme to increase strength, reduce body fat, increase confidence and dramatically change your body composition.
