Layla’s focus and accountability to your goal is like no other. She will push and support you to achieve your goals and more. As the head trainer at Poynton Fitness, Layla specialises in female and equestrian fitness.
Greatest achievement; Completed the Melbourne marathon in sub 4 hours, training took place while running around after 10mth old and a 3 yr old!
