They will contain varying sequences and poses to keep the body challenged, yet will have enough familiarity to aid progression.

whilst also focusing on balance and core strength. It is a practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. It weaves together many teachings including breathing and meditation techniques in order to bring students closer to the goal of self realisation both physically and mentally.
