Poynton fitness offer the full range of Yoga styles with classes for all abilities and levels of fitness. Attend as many classes as you like with our bundles or pay per class.

Dynamic Yoga

Expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and elements of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Our classes are fun and challenging and open to both beginners and the more experienced. Each class is individually sequenced by the teacher, adapting to the needs of the class. They will contain varying sequences and poses to keep the body challenged, yet will have enough familiarity to aid progression.

PiYo

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Gentle Flow Yoga

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronised to a breath. Vinyasa, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga.

Sunrise Yoga

In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time” and when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity, creativity, and peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise yoga practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day.
